Vehicle Code and Department of Motor Vehicles - every kind and type of charge if filed as a misdemeanor or felony or if the offense will lead to suspension of a driver's license!
Prop 215 Compassionate Use Act - Medical Marijuana possession, cultivation or transportation. Health & Safety Codes 11362, 11357, 11358.
Penal Code sections 69 & 147 - obstructing or threatening law enforcement; resisting or delaying arrest.
Penal Code section 602 through 637 - trespass, unauthorized entry, vandalism & invasion of privacy in communications.
Penal Code section 647 misc. crimes dealing with alcohol, solicitation and disorderly conduct.
